Saudade Stories provides content production, social media management, influencer marketing, and paid advertising services for hotels and travel brands. All services are subject to agreements between Saudade Stories and the client.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to photography, videos, text, and graphics, produced by Saudade Stories remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients receive a license to use the content as specified in their contract.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment terms and project pricing are outlined in individual agreements.
• Deposits and full payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary access and information required for the execution of agreed services, including but not limited to:

• Social media account permissions
• Branding guidelines
• Marketing materials

5. Liability & Disclaimers

• Saudade Stories is not responsible for third-party platform changes (e.g., social media algorithm updates) that may impact results.
• We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to our services unless caused by negligence.

6. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice. Any services rendered before termination must be paid in full.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings within this jurisdiction.
